Once a common soldier before the Breaking, Auren emerged from the ruins carrying something impossible — hope. He channels raw Verve energy into an unyielding force standing between what remains of civilization and the chaos that endlessly hungers for it. He has never claimed to be a hero. He just refuses to move.
